Pilates

Leslie-lates (Pilates Mat)

Leslie Lates is a contemporary Pilates-inspired class that builds on traditional Pilates exercises while fusing strength, stretch, and mindful movement. It encompasses the core Pilates philosophies of lengthening, strengthening, balance, persistence, and breathing to create a whole-body experience.
