Embody is the vision of Leslie
Movement, healing, and connection have always been at the center of Leslie’s life and work.
Leslie’s path into this work began through her own experience—first through massage therapy, then Pilates, and later a deeper return to yoga following a period of injury and recovery. Through that journey, she experienced personally how powerful intentional movement and breath can be in restoring both physical and emotional well-being.
Her teaching is grounded in accessibility, offering a space where all bodies are welcome and supported. Whether in a group class or private session, Leslie’s goal is simple: “Helping to make a difference, one body at a time.”
After years of experience, continued learning, and teaching, Leslie feels honored and excited to open her studio space at her farm—creating a place to share her love of movement and body nourishment in a more intentional and connected way.

A Little More About Leslie
Leslie now lives in Trumansburg with her husband at Pine Rose Farm—a space rooted in nature, community, and gathering. Surrounded by the beauty of the Finger Lakes, the farm is an extension of her vision: a place where people can come together to move, restore, learn, and connect.
What began as a personal dream has grown into a space for shared experiences—offering room for classes, workshops, and events that support both individual well-being and a sense of community.
Outside the studio, Leslie finds inspiration in nature, cooking, gardening, and time spent outdoors—bringing that same sense of grounding and openness into her teaching.
