What to Expect at Embody Wellness Studio

Welcome

Welcome to Embody Wellness Studio — a space rooted in community, movement, and mindful practice. Whether this

is your first class or part of an ongoing practice, we want you to feel comfortable arriving exactly as you are.

Before You Arrive

• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for your first class.

• Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.

• Bring a water bottle and any props you enjoy using, though basic props may be available in the studio.

• Shoes are removed before entering the movement space.

During Class

Classes are designed to support awareness, balance, strength, mobility, and connection — not perfection.

You are always encouraged to:

• Move at your own pace

• Rest when needed

• Modify movements for your body

• Listen to your breath and energy level

• Explore what feels supportive and sustainable

At Embody, the goal is not to push beyond your limits, but to help you reconnect with your body in a thoughtful and mindful way.

Health & Comfort

If you are working with injuries, limitations, pregnancy, or specific concerns, please let your instructor know before class begins so modifications can be offered when appropriate.

Policies & Procedures

A few helpful notes before you book or attend

Registration & Payment

• Pre-registration is encouraged for all classes and workshops.

• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

• Class packages and memberships, when offered, are non-transferable unless approved by the studio.

• Private sessions require advance scheduling.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Please cancel classes within the designated cancellation window if you are unable to attend.

• Group classes require at least 2 hours notice for cancellation to avoid loss of class credit or session fee. This allows us the opportunity to open the space to anyone on the waiting list.

• Late cancellations or missed classes may result in loss of class credit.

• Private session cancellations may require 24-hour notice to avoid being charged in full.

Arrival & Late Entry

• Please arrive a few minutes early to settle into the space before class begins.

• For the safety and flow of class, late entry may not always be permitted once class is underway.

Health & Participation

• Participation in classes and workshops is voluntary and done at your own pace.

• Students are responsible for informing instructors of injuries, health concerns, pregnancy, or physical limitations prior to class.

• Please refrain from attending class if you are experiencing fever, contagious illness, or symptoms that could affect others in the space.

Studio Environment

At Embody Wellness Studio, we strive to maintain a welcoming and respectful environment for all participants.

We ask that students:

• Treat instructors, guests, and fellow participants with kindness and respect

• Silence phones and minimize disruptions during class

• Help care for studio props and shared spaces

• Leave the space as peacefully as they found it

Personal Belongings

• Personal belongings should be kept neatly stored during class.

• Embody Wellness Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Weather & Schedule Changes

• In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, classes may be canceled or rescheduled.

• Updates will be communicated through email, scheduling platforms, or social media when possible.

Photography & Media

Occasionally, photos may be taken during studio events or classes for promotional purposes. We will always strive to respect participant comfort and privacy. Anyone preferring not to appear in photos may notify the instructor or studio in advance.

Right to Refuse Service

Embody Wellness Studio reserves the right to refuse participation or discontinue services in situations involving unsafe behavior, repeated disruption, harassment, or conduct that negatively impacts the studio environment or community experience.
